Ours is a multi-level troop currently consisting of Brownie and Cadette Girl Scouts.  We belong to the Woodbridge Township/Carteret Service Unit (#835); we are a community service group that participates in township events and activities throughout the year.  Our Girl Scouts enjoy camping, badge work, community service projects and many other fun, educational activities designed to build skills, confidence and friendships.

We meet on the first and third Saturdays of each month, year-round, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Meeting dates, troop activities and special events will be posted on our calendar as we proceed through the year.  Families are encouraged to check the calendar regularly for updates and reminders.  The troop calendar can be found on our website: www.83615.org

Troop 83615 Girl Scouts are responsible for purchasing basic uniform components.  Badges earned, troop supplies, camping and special event fees are covered by proceeds from our Fall Product and Cookie sales.  These programs also help support many of the opportunities our Girl Scouts enjoy during the year.  If a Girl Scout or Scouts choose not to participate in the Fall Product and Cookie Sales programs, she/they will be responsible for paying for their badges, fees, supplies and related expenses.

Parents are encouraged to register with Girl Scouts, too.  Visit www.GSCSNJ.org to register.  Any adult accompanying the troop on events MUST be registered and background checked before participating.  Contributions and assistance from parents and family members with meetings, events, transportation, planning and other troop functions is ALWAYS greatly appreciated!
